GOMA VISIT INTERNALLY DISPLACED PEOPLE
Education of the most marginalized groups
Over 4 million children aged 9-14 remain out of school. National and regional data indicate that 67 percent of children who enter first grade will complete sixth grade and only 3.4 percent of ten year olds can read a simple text with comprehension. Significant disparities persist between geographic zones, socioeconomic groups, and genders - with girls’ enrollment dropping off more sharply than boys’ after primary school.
climate change mitigation
The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) is faced with a confluence of climate change, environmental degradation, resource exploitation and conflict dynamics that is exacerbating insecurity in the country. The dual impact of climate change and the global green energy transition risks deepening divisions over resource management and fostering intercommunal conflict over resources such as land and water.
Inclusion, putting ourselves in the shoes of victims of tough situations
"Peace and conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo
Conflict in the eastern provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo is at a crisis point. Vulnerable communities are bearing the brunt through deaths, sexual violence, humanitarian crisis and displacement. As civil society1 organisations working in DRC, we call on the Security Council to take urgent, stronger and more sustained action towards peace"
IDPs deserve to live like other children they are also part of our community
Democracy depends on the guarantee of equal rights under law and freedom from discrimination for all individuals in a society. If the rights and freedoms of one segment of the population are violated with impunity, the same sorts of abuses are likely to be visited on others.
Social cohesion , fight against gender based violence

The displaced population urgently needs security support, medical aid, and other humanitarian aid. they need to be reintegrated and feel not treated differently
Congo we need peace
Without peace, it will not be possible to achieve the levels of trust, cooperation and inclusiveness needed for the DRC to be resilient to shocks, conflicts and war waving in the Eastern DRC. diverse peace initiatives deserve to be taken
